Making My First MyHealthPak

Written by on February 13, 2009 in USANA with 0 Comments

I just did what hundreds of people do each month: I picked up my first MyHealthPak™. I began taking the HealthPak 100™ even before I started working at USANA, but it wasn’t until I added an extra supplement to my daily mix that I decided to give the customized pack a try.

I ordered my MyHealthPak in person rather than online, and it only took a couple of minutes. But USANA’s set up a nifty little online ordering system that appears to be just as fast and easy (and you don’t have to leave the comforts of your home). Check out this MyHealthPak video for step-by-step instructions on creating your own fully customized pack.

In addition to my twice-daily HealthPak, I also take BiOmega™ and Poly C® (mostly during the winter months), and I added Visionex™ for the eyes. You can put a maximum of eight pills in each pack, so I stuck with the standard HealthPak supplements and added BiOmega and Visionex.

So my MyHealthPak looks like this:

  • The Essentials™: Mega Antioxidant (2) and Chelated Mineral (2)
  • Active Calcium™
  • Advanced AO Booster™
  • BiOmega
  • Visionex

My wife is looking forward to less clutter on the counter and I’m excited about having fewer bottles to deal with. Having my name right on the packs is pretty cool, too.

What’s in your MyHealthPak?
