Welcome to the final day of RESET Week 2010! Congratulations on completing the first phase! I will be on a USANA conference call tomorrow morning to talk about what’s next. Be sure to log onto USANAtoday.com for the details.

Here’s one final tip…

Never give up. Every day is a new day. Even when other commitments get in the way, starting your workout program again is the most important thing you can do. It’s also time for a fresh start with your dietary habits.

After today, you will take the next steps toward establishing permanent healthy eating habits. Make sure you have tossed all the junk food, if you haven’t already, and stock your home with whole, low-glycemic foods.

If you plan to continue losing or maintaining your weight by following the Transform or Maintain phase, make sure you have your Nutritionals and a supply of your favorite Nutrimeal flavors and Nutrition Bars on hand so you can easily transition right into the next phase.
