Stuntman, Chef, Fitness Expert: ‘The Denkster’ Does it All

Alexander Denk: fitness expert, actor, professional chef, and successful USANA Associate.
Alexander Denk — a.k.a. “The Denkster” — is a man whose accomplishments span the spectrum. From fitness expert to professional chef to Hollywood actor to successful businessman, Alexander’s seemingly done it all and he’s done it well.
I had the pleasure of speaking with him about his many talents and hobbies. In a relatively short telephone conversation, the energetic Alexander rattles off two dozen skills, tells me he speaks three languages, and discusses how he’s won numerous awards highlighting his physical appearance such as: Mr. Natural Universe in 1997 and 2002, as well as Mr. Natural Super Bowl Champion in 2000, just to name a few.

- He has 26 years of fitness training experience and has been a personal fitness trainer expert for 20 years.
- Alexander’s spent more than 20 years as a professional chef and nutrition expert. His goal is to make his clients achieve their fitness goals, strengthen their immune system, and feel good about themselves.
The Road to Success
Alexander came to America in 1993 with $300 in his pocket and lofty dreams. Dreaming big was something he did from a young age. For example, Alexander was 4 years old when he cooked his first meal, setting the foundation for success in the kitchen. He later became an award-winning chef, graduating from the School for Professional Chefs in Vienna and cooking for A-list celebrities such as Frank Sinatra, Mel Gibson, Cher, and Anna Nicole Smith.
Even more, a younger Alexander had dreams of being in a movie with celebrity icon Arnold Schwarzenegger. Sure enough, he landed a role in a Warner Bros. film doubling for Arnold in the hit movie “Eraser.” This was Alexander’s first movie role with Arnold, and it wouldn’t be his last. He later doubled for the big guy in 5 more movies!
Combining Health, Fitness, & Business
If that’s not enough, you can now add successful home-based business owner to Alexander’s list of many achievements.
Alexander’s girlfriend first introduced the man of many talents to USANA Health Sciences. She suggested he attend a meeting with her to learn more about the nutritional supplements company. Alexander declined the invitation to attend the meeting, not sure he would be into it. Then, after his girlfriend had strategically left brochures about USANA on a chair for Alexander to read, he had to admit he was intrigued.
Alexander joined USANA on February 17, 2010, and says, ”It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done!” When asked what his favorite product was he said, “Everything! I can’t pick just one because I take everything and I love everything.”
In just over a year, Alexander has utilized the drive and determination that helped him succeed as an actor, stuntman, chef, and fitness expert, and has found great success with USANA. Recently, he advanced to Gold and not long after he became one of the company’s newest Ruby Directors. It’s truly an amazing accomplishment in such a short period of time.
When asked what his purpose in life is, The Denkster said: “The expansion of happiness and making a little difference in those people’s live I come in contact with-unselfish thinking increases the quality of live.”
It’s safe to say whatever The Denkster sets his mind to, he’s got a good shot at achieving. We thank Alexander for being an inspiration to those who might think their dreams are too big to achieve.
