5 Quick Questions: WTA’s Sam Stosur

Written by on September 26, 2011 in 5 Quick Questions, USANA with 0 Comments

There’s a reason Samantha Stosur joined us at the press conference announcing USANA’s extended partnership with the WTA. Not only is she one of the world’s top tennis players, but she’s also a strong supporter of USANA and its top-rated nutritional supplements.

We were so excited when we got to chat with Sam, one of the WTA’s USANA Brand Ambassadors, in Indian Wells, California, earlier this year.

Earlier this month, she defeated Serena Williams in straight sets to win the US Open women’s singles title, becoming the first Australian woman since 1973 to accomplish the feat.

Sam is our guest on the latest episode of 5 Quick Questions (and Answers), joining fellow Brand Ambassadors Melanie Oudin and Liezel Huber.

Take a listen to hear how Sam prepares for her matches, why she considers health and nutrition to be so important, and what it’s like being a celebrity in Australia. And if you want to read even more about Sam, check out this Q&A from earlier this year and read this interview she did with What’s Up, USANA? right after winning the US Open.

Thank you to Sam for taking time to participate in 5 Quick Questions (and Answers). All of us at USANA are wishing her the best the rest of the season.

About This Series
5 Quick Questions (and Answers) is a monthly video series created by the social media department at USANA Health Sciences. In each episode we will sit down with a USANA celebrity — a member of management, a sponsored athlete, a top leader, a third-party influencer, etc. — and ask 5 questions to help you get to know him, her, or the company a little better.
