An Inside Look at USANA’s Singapore MyHealthPak Facility

Have you heard? USANA’s MyHealthPak™ is now available in Asia! But did you know that it’s also packaged in and shipped from Singapore?

Recently Belynda Lee, vice president of Canada and the North American Asian market, paid a visit to the Singapore MyHealthPak facility to see how it compares to the Salt Lake City manufacturing plant.

The four machines used to pick and pack the personalized vitamins were shipped directly from Salt Lake City. Each staff member operating the machines also went through an extensive one-month training at USANA’s corporate office and manufacturing facility before they were put in charge of our machines in Singapore.

One added bonus at the Singapore MyHealthPak facility (and a super-cool feature): A quality control camera allows employees in Salt Lake City to monitor the machines in Singapore to ensure that the process is running smoothly.

With the Singapore MyHealthPak facility in place, USANA can now supply personalized supplements to customers in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and of course, Singapore!
