Infographic: Choose a Healthy Breakfast

breakfast, infographic

I’m big on breakfast.breakfast, infographic

I love eggs in all forms (scrambled, fried, whipped into an omelet or quiche, and even hard-boiled if I’m on the go), oatmeal is my food equivalent of a best friend, and sugary cereal is one of my favorite comfort foods. Breakfast is the best meal, and I’ll take any excuse to eat more of it.

But when I wake up bleary-eyed and hungry, I don’t always reach for the healthiest options. Often, I just want to get to work on time, so I’m tempted to swing by the nearest drive-thru for something edible. Or if it’s the weekend, I find myself dreaming of a big brunch at the nearest diner. I know I shouldn’t do it, but the temptation is real.

That’s why USANA has a simple solution for breakfast. Nutrimeal™ is a delicious, convenient, nutritionally-balanced shake that you can make in thirty seconds flat. Pair it with a piece of fresh fruit and it’s a great way to start your morning—and it won’t leave you feeling guilty throughout the day.

Not only is Nutrimeal quick and convenient, but it will fill you up with protein, fiber, and healthy fats so you can face the day with confidence.

This infographic (designed by USANA’s own, Taylor Romney, and inspired by USANA employees, Alisa Hunsaker and Lauren Reichman) will break down the nutritional difference between Nutrimeal™ and several other common, breakfast foods.

If you enjoy this infographic, share it with your friends and family on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. You might help them make some healthier choices in the morning!

I love the shakes. If you put crushed ice in them and blend them real good they become a very tasty treat. a Milk Shake!
Besides who doesn’t like a milk shake in the morning.

I love the USANA Nutrimeal Shakes with frozen fruit instead of ice. I find that blueberries with Vanilla is a great combination. With spring coming I cant wait to taste it with fresh strawberries. That will be so great in the morning!

I took Nutrimeal as my daily breakfast for around three weeks to help cut my calorie intake and curb my cravings for sweets. To my surprise, it is so delicious (like the creamy chocolate shake)! Its a win-win situation! 🙂
