“I don’t think I’m smart enough for this job anymore!”

Feeling overwhelmed, I uttered these words to my coworkers one day while we were all sitting in the marketing room at USANA’s corporate office. I had been given the opportunity to figure out how to translate the complicated science of InCelligence into language a person like me could understand. And even after weeks of work, I was struggling.

But eventually I got it. So if you’re struggling to get it too, don’t worry. InCelligence can be complex. But it also can be pretty simple. So let me see if I can give you the simple explanation.

InCelligence for Not-So-Dummies: What is it?

USANA InCelligence Technology™, quite simply, is using specific nutrients that research has shown can influence specific health-promoting processes in your body.*

It’s simple. And also quite profound.

Some may ask, “Don’t all nutritional supplements support natural processes in the body?” Sure. But InCelligence is more than that in two key ways:

Your cells sense the environment all the time, and they communicate with each other about how to respond to the environment through a process called cell signaling.

Cell signaling works sort of like a game of dominoes.
