What’s In Your Bag? — WTA’s Melanie Oudin

Written by on May 30, 2011 in Team USANA with 0 Comments

Melanie Oudin, a rising American star in the WTA and one of six USANA Brand Ambassadors, is full of energy. When we caught up with Melanie at Indian Wells earlier this year, she’d just spent a couple hours on the practice court getting ready for the BNP Paribas Open.

She drew a crowd of onlookers before finishing up and making her way to a suite overlooking Stadium Court at the beautiful Indian Wells Tennis Garden. For two hours Melanie, the 2009 WTA Newcomer of the Year and a member of the U.S. Fed Cup team, enthusiastically sat for video interviews and photos. As a special treat, she gave us a guided tour of her tennis bag (an interpretation of the WTA’s awesome Bag Check feature).

What does this 19-year-old professional tennis player carry with her as she competes against the world’s best on the court? Take a look. Oh,  and check back later this year to learn a little more about Melanie as she takes part in our 5 Quick Questions (and Answers) feature. But for now, let’s see what’s in her tennis bag…
