Con el aumento de la tecnolog\u00eda y las redes sociales, nuestra vida est\u00e1 abierta al escrutinio, y nuestros j\u00f3venes lidian con el riesgo del ciberacoso cada vez que su tel\u00e9fono suena.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nami.org\/learn-more\/mental-health-by-the-numbers\">Alianza Nacional para la Salud Mental<\/a>, uno de cada cinco adultos y j\u00f3venes en Estados Unidos padece una enfermedad mental. Los problemas de salud con frecuencia son un s\u00edntoma de lucha contra una enfermedad mental, por ejemplo la fatiga, la falta de sue\u00f1o, aumento o p\u00e9rdida de peso, cambios en el apetito, y m\u00e1s.\u00a0 No tiene que diagnostic\u00e1rsele una enfermedad mental para darle prioridad a su salud mental.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante que entre en contacto con su mente a lo largo del d\u00eda, especialmente en este mundo acelerado en el que lo que cuentan son los resultados.\u00a0 Es f\u00e1cil distraerse durante el d\u00eda por el trabajo, chismes, sucesos presentes, luchas familiares, plazos, problemas relacionales o estr\u00e9s escolar.\u00a0 En ocasiones es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantenernos distra\u00eddos que hacer una pausa y ver de qu\u00e9 manera nuestro entorno afecta nuestro interior.<\/p>\n<p>Tal vez usted est\u00e1 estresado por el plazo para el cumplimiento de un enorme proyecto en la escuela o en el trabajo.\u00a0 Tal vez usted no se puede concentrar en sus tareas sin repasar la conversaci\u00f3n que tuvo anoche con un amigo o familiar, y desear\u00eda no estar enojado todav\u00eda.\u00a0 Tal vez est\u00e1 ansioso por iniciar en su nueva escuela, en su nuevo trabajo o por mudarse.<\/p>\n<p>No pasa nada si se siente abrumado.\u00a0 Det\u00e9ngase por un minuto para relajarse, note qu\u00e9 es lo que est\u00e1 desencadenando sus emociones y patrones de pensamiento, y trate de reajustarlos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando se sienta abrumado:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inhale profundamente&#8230; y luego exhale<\/li>\n<li>Medite para recuperar la atenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Tome el sol durante 10 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Escriba libremente o lleve un diario<\/li>\n<li>Diga \u201cno\u201d, est\u00e1 bien ponerse en primer lugar<\/li>\n<li>Haga senderismo, yoga, nataci\u00f3n o trote<\/li>\n<li>Conf\u00ede en alguien<\/li>\n<li>Cambien su entorno<\/li>\n<li>Haga una lista de sus pensamientos o de sus tareas, comience de a poco<\/li>\n<li>Tome un ba\u00f1o caliente<\/li>\n<li>Salga a tomar un descanso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si usted o alguien en su vida est\u00e1 luchando con su salud mental, tal vez necesite la ayuda de un experto.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodtherapy.org\/find-mental-health-counselors.html\">Los orientadores, los terapeutas<\/a> y los m\u00e9dicos tienen a\u00f1os de educaci\u00f3n y est\u00e1n dedicados al apoyo de nuestro bienestar.\u00a0 Puede sentirse avergonzado o cohibido por el hecho de necesitar ayuda profesional, pero no preste o\u00eddos a esos pensamientos negativos.\u00a0 Est\u00e1 bien necesitar serotonina, est\u00e1 bien probar la melatonina para el insomnio, est\u00e1 bien hablar con alguien acerca de su vida para recibir una opini\u00f3n externa.\u00a0 Est\u00e1 bien necesitar ayuda.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchos orientadores en las escuelas, grupos locales de salud mental y m\u00e9dicos pacientes que pueden ayudarle a decidir c\u00f3mo recuperarse.\u00a0 Todos los d\u00edas, cuando caigo en depresi\u00f3n o cuando se dispara mi ansiedad, recurro a t\u00e9cnicas y visualizaciones que aprend\u00ed durante sesiones de terapia.
