Avec le rel\u00e2chement de nos vaisseaux, le flux sanguin assure qu\u2019une quantit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate de sang parvient partout o\u00f9 nous en avons besoin.<\/p>\n<p>La mol\u00e9cule principale responsable du rel\u00e2chement des vaisseaux sanguins est l\u2019oxyde nitrique. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25638487\" target=\"_blank\">Il est form\u00e9 dans les cellules endoth\u00e9liales<\/a> en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 divers stimuli, puis se diffuse dans les cellules musculaires voisines \u00e0 qui il indique de se d\u00e9tendre. Ce n\u2019est pas le cas en ce qui concerne le radical libre de l\u2019oxyde nitrique, mais cela rend l\u2019oxyde nitrique, et par cons\u00e9quent le processus de vasodilatation, susceptible aux attaques par d\u2019autres radicaux libres.
