Si vous et votre famille prenez plusieurs suppl\u00e9ments par jour, vous les accumulez tr\u00e8s rapidement. Au lieu de les mettre au rebut, recyclez-les comme il se doit.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les flacons, couvercles et \u00e9tuis en plastique des suppl\u00e9ments nutritionnels USANA sont recyclables. Et il est loin de s\u2019appliquer uniquement aux plastiques.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour le recyclage ad\u00e9quat de mati\u00e8res r\u00e9utilisables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plastique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il vaut mieux recycler le plastique en fonction de sa forme plut\u00f4t que du code figurant sur le dessous d\u2019un contenant. Apr\u00e8s vous \u00eatre assur\u00e9 de leur propret\u00e9, vous pouvez mettre directement au recyclage les flacons, pots et canettes (y compris les flacons de suppl\u00e9ments USANA).<\/p>\n<p>Le recyclage des sacs d\u2019\u00e9picerie en plastique est souvent plus complexe. Vous ne pouvez pas en disposer dans le bac de recyclage. Il faut plut\u00f4t les rapporter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie. Ramassez les vieux magazines, documents de travail, circulaires, anciens travaux scolaires (que vous avez conserv\u00e9s depuis l\u2019obtention de votre dipl\u00f4me au cas o\u00f9 quelqu\u2019un voudrait conna\u00eetre vos notes en physique), ou vieux journaux qui tra\u00eenent, faites-en une pile et jetez le tout dans le bac de recyclage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Verre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certains types de verre ne sont pas recyclables, notamment les plats de cuisson, les verres \u00e0 boire et le verre \u00e0 vitres, car ils se composent de diverses mati\u00e8res. Comme le recyclage du verre ne se fait pas partout, v\u00e9rifiez les consignes locales avant de disposer du verre dans votre bac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piles et ampoules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si bon nombre de piles peuvent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9es, on doit \u00e9viter de les jeter avec d\u2019autres mati\u00e8res recyclables. V\u00e9rifiez o\u00f9 se trouve le centre de tri le plus pr\u00e8s de chez vous aupr\u00e8s de votre municipalit\u00e9 ou sur Internet. Demandez aux concessionnaires de voitures ou magasins de pi\u00e8ces automobiles de votre localit\u00e9 s\u2019ils acceptent les batteries de voiture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectronique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de jeter un appareil \u00e9lectronique endommag\u00e9, v\u00e9rifiez aupr\u00e8s du fabricant s\u2019il offre un programme de recyclage. Certaines entreprises pourraient m\u00eame vous envoyer un contenant pour leur exp\u00e9dier le produit. Bottles, jars, and jugs can go straight into recycling (this includes your USANA supplement bottles). Just make sure they are clean.<\/p>\n<p>The recycling of plastic grocery bags often raises many questions. They should be kept out of general recycling and, instead, dropped off at your local grocery store. Once you\u2019ve done that, consider using cloth or sturdier plastic bags.<\/p>\n<h3>Metals<\/h3>\n<p>Common metal products such as aluminum soda cans, steel and tin cans, aluminum foil, and bakeware are recyclable, but a majority of these end up in U.S. landfills. Simply give them a rinse to get rid of food waste and put them right into your recycle bin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paper\/Cardboard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nearly all paper or cardboard products are recyclable. So, if you have old magazines, office papers, junk mail, school papers you\u2019ve been holding on to since you graduated (because you never know who might want to check out your old physics notes), or newspapers lying around, bundle them together and put them in your recycling bin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not all glass can be recycled, including glass bakeware, drinking glasses, and window glass, as they are made of different materials. Glass recycling isn\u2019t available everywhere, so check your local guidelines before mixing glass in your recycle bin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Batteries\/Bulbs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many batteries can be recycled, but they shouldn\u2019t be mixed with your other recyclables. Check with your municipality or do an internet search to locate your nearest drop-off center. And for car batteries, check with a local car dealership or automotive parts store to see if they\u2019ll accept them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Electronics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead of throwing away damaged electronics, look up the manufacturer to see if they have a recycling program. Some companies may even send you a box for shipping. Your local municipality may also have special disposal days or drop-off locations for used electronics.<\/p>\n<p>If your local municipality has a recycling program, double-check their guidelines to see what they do and do not accept.
