Digestive Health Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Makes ~9 servings

1 scoop (23 g) plain Digestive Health Protein Drink

5 ounces (142 g) lemon flavored Greek-style coconut yogurt

~ 1 tablespoon (14 g) of unsweetened almond milk (if desired to adjust thickness)

½ tablespoon (7 g) ground hempseeds

½ banana (sliced)

½ tablespoon (7 g) unsweetened coconut flakes

½ tablespoon (7 g) chopped pecans (toasted if desired)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 scoop of plain digestive health protein drink with the coconut yogurt.
  2. Stir in almond milk to desired thickness (optional).
  3. Top with ½ sliced banana, coconut flakes, pecans, and hempseeds.
