Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Gingerbread Overnight Oats Recipe
Makes ~9 servings
½ cup (50 g) gluten free rolled oats (old fashioned)
1 scoop Nutrimeal Active whey vanilla
½ tablespoon (5 g) chia seeds
⅔ cup (163 g) unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon (5.8 g) molasses
1 teaspoon (2.6 g) gingerbread spice mix (see below)
Gingerbread Spice Mix:
1 tablespoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ tablespoon ground nutmeg
½ tablespoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
- To prepare the gingerbread spice mix, add the spices to a container with a tight-fitting lid and mix well.
- Add the rolled oats, Nutrimeal Active vanilla, chia seeds, and spice mix to a container with a tight-fitting lid (a 1 pint mason jar works well).
- Add the almond milk and molasses.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Place lid on container.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Serve at desired temperature.
- Store for up to 5 days.
