Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
12 ounces (366 g) unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop plain Digestive Health Protein Drink
¼ cup (25 g) old fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
½ green apple chopped (can freeze if desired)
½ teaspoon (4 g) pure vanilla extract
1 ¼ teaspoons (3.5 g) apple pie spice (below)
½ cup (120 g) ice (if desired)
Cinnamon for topping
Apple pie spice mix:
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend to desired consistency.
