Collagen Pops Recipe
Makes 18 servings
36 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
3 scoops USANA Advanced Collagen
½ cup chia seeds
6-7 strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except sliced strawberries to a blender.
- Blend until mixed.
- Pour into popsicle molds about half full.
- Drop in a few sliced strawberries.
- Add blended mixture to just under filled.
- Add more sliced strawberries.
- Top off with blended mixture.
- Place sticks.
- Freeze until set.
