Collagen Pops Recipe

Makes 18 servings

36 ounces unsweetened coconut milk 

3 scoops USANA Advanced Collagen 

½ cup chia seeds 

6-7 strawberries, sliced 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except sliced strawberries to a blender.
  2. Blend until mixed.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds about half full.
  4. Drop in a few sliced strawberries.
  5. Add blended mixture to just under filled.
  6. Add more sliced strawberries.
  7. Top off with blended mixture.
  8. Place sticks.
  9. Freeze until set.
