I may not eat fruit every day, but when I do, this mango salsa recipe is my go-to! It’s quick and easy to whip up, and very versatile. You can mix it with your favorite fruits or vegetables for a burst of flavor. Plus, it’s packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibers, making it as nutritious as it is delicious.

Mango Salsa Recipe

Makes 4 servings

¾ cup of mango, diced
½ avocado, diced
⅛ cup of red onion, diced
½ cup of orange pepper, diced
⅛ cup of cilantro, finely chopped
¼ tsp of garlic salt
¼ tsp of pepper
Juice from ½ lime

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Mix until combined.
