 Refreshingly Health Benefits

This delicious pop is not only perfect for a hot day, it’s a sweet treat you can feel good about. Blueberries are basically a superfood at this point, being one of the most nutrient-dense berries out there. Raw honey is a good source of antioxidants and goes above and beyond as a prebiotic. It also makes for the perfect drop of sweetness in an energizing tea.  Oranges are a vitamin C superstar, and it turns out the peel zest has health benefits, too. Coconut milk contains medium-chain triglycerides and lauric acid, and early studies show promising health benefits.

Every ingredient is good news in this healthy popsicle recipe.
