- 1 ¼ cup water or almond milk
- 3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/3 cup ice
You’ll go bananas over this frozen treat. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds.
Rocky Road
- 1 ¼ cup water or almond milk
- 3 scoops Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal
- 2–3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
- 1 ½ tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup ice
Who needs ice cream when you have a delicious alternative in your hand? Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 ¼ cup almond milk
- 3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal
- 1/2 cup canned or fresh pureed pumpkin (unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup ice

Gingerbread Cookie
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp. ground ginger
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1/2 cup ice

Lemon Meringue Pie
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk

- 1 ¼ cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp. organic honey
- 1 Tbsp. carob powder
- 1/2 cup ice
Perfect for the King. Place ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth, and garnish with grated almonds and/or cinnamon.
