Hosted by Becca Peters, a licensed social worker and educator in mindfulness, meditation, and compassion, our USANA Mindfulness Video Series is a collection of trainings to guide you through self-care and self-understanding. Becca Peters is a psychotherapist in Southern California who works as a worldwide mentor and organizational consultant. Her extensive training includes sharing her love of mindfulness as a teacher for UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Training, and through Center for Mindful Self-Compassion courses. Becca uses scientific research, clinical psychology, and spiritual teachings to reveal how all things are interconnected. It’s her mission to help individuals and groups understand our profound relational existence.
