USANA Mindfulness Video Series

Make Time for Self-Care

USANA is dedicated to support your physical, mental, and emotional health, whatever life brings your way. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new USANA Mindfulness Video Series.

2020 has seen our world change dramatically. We’re tackling everything from redefining our workspaces to homeschooling our children to living socially distanced. Our new reality presents a unique set of challenges that can affect your overall health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Practicing self-care nurtures your body, mind, and soul. Mindset can greatly affect quality of life, and by reflecting on what you value—what gives you meaning—you create a healthy and sustainable foundation for wellness.

Hosted by Becca Peters, a licensed social worker and educator in mindfulness, meditation, and compassion, our USANA Mindfulness Video Series is a collection of trainings to guide you through self-care and self-understanding. These insightful videos explore mindfulness, managing stress, and developing self-compassion. It’s more than tips and tricks—each offers a chance for you to heal, recharge, and renew.

Check out this week’s episode for an introduction to mindfulness. There will be helpful ways to refocus your intentions for your day.
