Makes 1 serving

10 oz (328 g) almond milk

½ cup (120 g) ice

3 scoops Nutrimeal Active vanilla whey

2 teaspoons (5.8 g) ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon (2 g) ground cardamom

½ teaspoon (1.9 g) ground ginger

¼ teaspoon (0.5 g) ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend to desired consistency.
  3. Garnish with additional spices if desired.
