USANA’s Vitamin D Receives Seal of Approval

The results are in. USANA has once again been awarded a seal of approval from ConsumerLab.com for their Vitamin D supplement. USANA’s Vitamin D Receives Seal of Approval.

This is the 14th ConsumerLab.com seal of approval for a USANA supplement since 2015, and Vitamin D’s second since 2015.

ConsumerLab.com is an independent tester of the quality, purity and label accuracy of health and wellness products, putting each item through strict testing.

To be awarded a seal of approval from ConsumerLab.com, USANA’s Vitamin D supplement had to contain 100 percent of the claimed amount of vitamin D3 and vitamin K. And disintegrate within the appropriate amount of time.

“USANA’s Vitamin D product is designed as an optimal-strength supplement to combat vitamin D deficiency,” said Dr. John Cuomo, USANA’s executive director of global research and development. “This product contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3 per tablet — which is an amount we believe to be both sufficient and flexible in helping to fight individual vitamin D deficiencies.”

Purity, Quality, and Accuracy in Labeling

From NSF testing to Good Manufacturing Practices to ConsumerLab.com seals of approval, USANA has proved time after time that they have made a huge investment into product quality and purity.

“We want our customers to have full faith that they are getting the highest quality products possible. The best way to gain that trust is through an independent tester like ConsumerLab.com,” said Dan Macuga, USANA’s chief marketing and communications officer.

Along with Vitamin D, several other USANA® supplements have been recently certified by ConsumerLab.com, including CoQuinone® 30, BiOmega, Procosa®, Visionex®, Pure Rest, USANA® Probiotic, and Body Rox™.
