Below are some of the most recent questions, including some about USANA’s new True Health Assessment and utilizing the iPad.

What markets is USANA open and can ship products to?

USANA is open in the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, China (through BabyCare, Ltd.), the Caribbean Islands*, Thailand, France and Belgium. In addition, USANA opened EU Preferred Customer markets in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, and Ireland on April 13, 2012.

USANA or its Associates cannot conduct any type of business or ship products to or in any country of which USANA is not open for business. Associates can take products when traveling for personal use only of which cannot be used to promote ones USANA business.

I can’t seem to find the Health Assessment anymore online, where did it go?

Unfortunately, the Health Assessment is no longer available on USANAToday and is being replaced by the True Health Assessment announced at the 2012 International Convention. Please note that the True Health Assessment is currently only available in an app form and is only available to Associates, as it is a beta version and has not been finalized. We do plan on releasing an online version in the near future on USANAToday, however a specific date has not yet been set.

When logging into the new True Health Assessment, I am asked for my login and password, would this be the same as what I use for USANAToday?

Yes, the login for the True Health Assessment is the same login and password utilized for USANAToday.

Why am I having so many technical difficulties with the True Health Assessment and Companion?

With the True Health Assessment beta version app, some functionality may not be working, or working but not properly, and glitches are to be expected. However, like any mobile app, it will have regular updates as we correct these issues and bugs as well as add new features. Updates can be located in the update section of the app. As well, there is a feedback section for issues you may see or be experiencing. At this time no final version date for the app has been set.

The True Health Companion is a beta version, so some glitches are to be expected. However, it will have regular updates as we correct bugs and add new features.

How do I get a copy of the new True Health Assessment?

I would like to send feedback regarding the True Health Assessment app, however cannot find the feedback link?

The True Health Assessment and the True Health Companion are beta versions, so some glitches are to be expected. However, like any mobile app, they will have regular updates as we correct bugs and add new features.

Check what version of the app you have. If you do not have the latest version (v1.1 currently), delete the app and re-download using the following:

  • Press and hold the USANA THA application icon on your iPad until it starts to shake and a red “X” appears in the upper left corner.
  • Press the red “X”
  • The iPad will ask you if you want to delete “USANA THA”.
  • Select Delete.
  • Repeat if the app does not disappear. (This step may have to be repeated a few times before the app actually deletes.)
  • Once the app has been deleted, open your Safari browser. You must have an Internet connection available to download the app again.
  • Enter http://www.usana.com/thadownload into the address bar on Safari
  • Download the application again.
  • The download process can take anywhere from 3 to 8 minutes depending on Internet speed.
How do I get a copy of the updated USANA App?

Why can I not get the videos in the Media Center to play on my iPad?

At this time the eApprentice and Media Center is not iPad friendly, as they require Flash. This compatibility is something that USANA is looking into for the future, however a time frame has not yet been set.

    Bring back the HAA advisor. This new TC is complicated, very time consuming and requires information that I don’t have access to for my customers. Having both would be great. TC great for those who have over an hour to spend….for busy New Yorkers the other one was great. Thanks.
