Shake Up Your Usual Routine
My mother-in-law eats the same thing every single morning for breakfast. Oatmeal with milk and blueberries. Never strawberries. Never pancakes. Always oatmeal with milk and blueberries.
She’s the only person I’ve ever met that can do that. I can’t even eat the same thing for breakfast for a single week.
So, for the rest of us, we need some variety. But that doesn’t mean we should start resorting to cinnamon rolls and stacks of waffles.

Julie Boyer’s Tropical Taste Explosion
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Nutrimeal Free
- Fibergy
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Handful of greens
- Slice of frozen pineapple
- Frozen mango
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add in Rev3 Surge pack and Probiotics.
Cindy Rowley’s Pineapple Melon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 scoops Nutrimeal Free
- 4 pieces frozen pineapple
- 2 slices of melon (Crenshaw, honeydew or cantaloupe)
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Trevor Aabel’s Chocolate Mint Delite
Ingredients
- 10-12 oz. water
- 2 scoops Nutrimeal Free
- 1 scoop chocolate Nutrimeal
- 1/2 blended Fudge Delite bar
- Organic mint dark chocolate bits
- Pinch of ground mint leaves
- 1/2-1 tsp. mint oil
Blend everything together with lots of ice then stir in a handful of mint dark chocolate bits and the other half of the Fudge Delite bar (broken into pieces).
