USANA Open: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or claim a prize in the USANA Open. Contest begins June 3, 2013 and ends June 30, 2013. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering you understand that you are providing your information to USANA Health Sciences and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used to track contest entries and to determine a winner. Please visit USANA’s online privacy policy and consent disclosure for additional information.

To enter, each participant is encouraged to like the USANA Health Sciences, Inc. Facebook page, www.facebook.com/USANAHealthSciences, enter his or her email address and suggest the promotion to friends and family. Attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, including multiple Facebook accounts, may be disqualified.

Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Three (3) winners will be drawn each week (June 10, 17, 24, July 1) from a pool of eligible entrants and will be subject to the terms, conditions and judgments of USANA Health Sciences, whose decision is final. One (1) grand-prize winner will be drawn on July 1 from all eligible entries.

1. By entering the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these contest rules.
2. Participants do not have to be USANA Associates or customers.
3. Participants may not be employees of USANA or family members of USANA employees.
4. Participants are allowed to enter one (1) time each week. Only one entry per person per week will be included in the prize drawings.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Weekly and Grand Prize winners will be notified via email within 10 days of the conclusion of the contest.
7. USANA is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by human error or technical error.
8. USANA reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time during the contest period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the integrity or fairness of the contest.
9. USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and quotes of contest entrants without additional compensation for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions. The winner(s) expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her name, photograph, likeness, and titles prior to their use.
10. No purchase necessary. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
11. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The fair market value of all prizes will be reported to the IRS pursuant to IRS regulations. No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.
12. Each participant agrees to release and hold USANA, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives, harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities arising out of participation in the contest or resulting from acceptance or claiming of any prize hereunder.
