WTA Finals

The WTA Finals in Singapore is a unique tournament that pits the top 8 qualified players on tour against one another in a round-robin format.

Leading up to the event, USANA Associates participated in a contest that challenged their business-building abilities and tested their recruiting acumen. In all, 80 Associates qualified as winners and were given access to this special event and a meet-and-greet.

Standing Out in a Crowd

USANA Singapore WTA EventHow do you stand out in a crowd of over 8,000 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium?

USANA Associates attracted plenty of attention by filling their section of the stands in signature red t-shirts that had a special promotional message on the back: “7 of the top ten WTA players choose USANA supplements.

USANA Associates took advantage of their attention-getting shirts by sharing the USANA story and products with people throughout the arena and in VIP lounge areas.

In short, during this season the WTA has donated $10 for every ace served by one of the seven USANA brand ambassadors, and $5 for every other player, to the USANA True Health Foundation.

“The WTA is proud to contribute $25,000 to the USANA True Health Foundation as part of this year’s Aces For Humanity campaign,” Stacey Allaster, the Chairman & CEO of the WTA, said about the announcement from the event in Singapore.

“A loyal partner for more than seven years, USANA continues to promote a healthy lifestyle for our athletes and, more importantly, for those in need.”

USANA’s Keng Hean joined Stacey and USANA brand ambassador Monica Puig at center court for a ceremonial check presentation celebrating this accomplishment and the donation from the WTA.

Meet and Greet

The 80 contest winners also got to participate in a meet and greet with Monica Puig, USANA brand ambassador and champion of the WTA Rising Stars Invitational, Stacey Allaster, CEO & Chairman of the WTA and Kathleen Stroia, Vice President of Sport Sciences & Medicine.

WTA-Finals-Winners-GroupAttendees were  inspired by Stacey’s speech on leadership and the progress she has made with the WTA. They were also taught about the importance of nutrition and its relation to an athlete’s performance with Kathleen and the reasons why WTA choose USANA as their official supplement supplier.

Contest winners were also awarded with a “Magazine Cover” photo opportunity, WTA Official Tournament balls and fun balls (signed by the Top 8 WTA finalists), limited edition blender bottles signed by our USANA Brand Ambassadors and special Billy Jean King Trophy Pins.
