We heard from Susanne Cunningham this morning and even though her Internet connection is a bit unreliable, she still managed to send along a few photos and a personal video!

“Doing my best. We are on Day 2 with 11 more to go. USANA products are fairing us all well. You see people taking the products they trust. I will send some photos. Everyone was cheery as we made the advance from 2,650 meters to Namche at 3,440 meters. I used LASERFocus principles. One step at a time. Focused activity. Basics… in this case, pace and breathing. Small goals. In this case, get to the rock. Now get to the tree. Small wins to the goal you dream of.”
